You'll have a hard time choosing which one to take down! We set up strategically placed blinds in known travel, feeding and watering areas. If the hunter is capable, we really love the excitement of a great spot and stalk to hunt our wild hogs. Shoot as many hogs as you like, as this is an unlimited hog hunt but we only clean and quarter one hog with the package. The terrain consist of dense mesquite-filled, rugged pastures, food plots, river bottoms and 72 freshwater lakes where the abundant wild game has easy access to water, cover and food. We conduct all of our thermal hog hunts on over 10,000 privately owned acres. We not only hunt the agricultural fields we also hunt in the woods over our feed sources and food plots. The Gopher Plantation staff plants over 200 acres of food plots for wildlife. Not only do our deer and turkey benefit from this but also our wild hog population. It’s not uncommon to find 4-6 groups of hogs on a 3-hour thermal hunt with us all while literally hunting out of our back door. If you don’t have any thermal equipment for hog hunting at night, no problem we have you covered. We have 10 guns set up with Pulsar thermal scopes and suppressors at your disposal. 300 Acre Hunting Preserve Hog Hunt, 300-350 lbs
A guided spot and stalk hog hunt consists of 1 hunter on 1 guide or 2 hunters on 1 guide in the spot and stalk scenarios. The hunting preserve area is approximately 300 acres so be prepared for a little walking. There are stands and ambush points the guides can direct you to if a hunter isn’t physically able to walk. This is a challenging hog hunt that is great for introducing young or inexperienced hunters to the outdoors. The hog hunting guides will help teach guests how to maneuver through the woods undetected on well-worn game trails and the hog hunters will learn how to use the wind and patience on approach. We provide shooting sticks for rifle hunters. We allow hunters to choose their weapon of choice.
While on a typical spot and stalk hog hunt your guide will predetermine a time for continental breakfast at the main lodge and then depart shortly afterward for the hunting grounds. We have had multiple hogs taken over the years on the way to the hunting location so the hunter could experience an added bonus. Once arriving to their hog hunting spots, the guide will then lead the way and help you stalk into your competent shooting range. This hog hunt is also great for large parties of hunters. The guides will safely divide the hunting area into zones and communicate together to help track moving boar and hopefully ensure success for their clients. After the hunt, the guides will load the hog or hogs and take them back to our processing facility so the meat can be prepared for transport or placed into our walk-in coolers until time for departure.

Molokai’s rugged terrain is home for a few different species of goats which originated from Southeast Asia and Europe. In the early 1700’s, goats were transported off the Spaniards shipwrecked boats off the coast of Hawaii and other species brought in by Westerners. Like the pigs, these Spanish goats were all domesticated at one time. Through the years, they have adapted to different environments around Hawaii. There are over 300 species of goats in world today, and they continue to evolve depending on their environment. On Molokai, these wild goats have genetically blended into a few different shapes of trophies. Some of these goats throw horns better known as ibex goats, and others carry more of the wide twisted turns. Black Tine Outfitters thermal imaging hog hunts is all inclusive. Weapon, thermal optic and ammunition is provided on this hunt. We do not have a minimum or maximum number of hunters that can participate in this hunt. There is probably a pretty good chance that you have already heard about thermal imaging, however you might not be aware of what it actually is.
Thermal imaging optics effectively translate heat- that is, thermal energy- into visible light to analyze surroundings. Living things and mechanical equipment generate heat, making them detectable even in total darkness. These optics can be very precise, requiring only a small amount of heat to work effectively. The level of thermal radiation emitted by an object is called its heat signature. The hotter an object is, the greater the signature will be. The thermal imaging optic is capable of distinguishing heat sources and very small differences in thermal signature. It compiles this data into a complete "heat image" distinguished by heat levels.
Utilizing this equipment in the hunting industry has been proven to be a valuable asset in feral hog population control. Unlike traditional night vision optics (illustrated above) thermal imaging is much more advanced for detecting animals that can be just off the beating path. Making quick target acquisition more successful. The wild feral hog is naturally a nocturnal animal, especially your older, more mature trophy boar hogs. We solve this issue by utilizing thermal imaging optics. Mounted on an AR-15 chambered in .300 AAC Blackout, this set up is perfect for all ages as well as all levels of experience. Many of our hunters choose the Ram/Hog Combo hunt. This hunt has its own challenges as the rams become very wary of hunting pressure. We try to keep a variety of rams on the ranch, such as Corsican, Texas Dall, Black Hawaiian, Angora, and Jacob Four Horn, just to name a few. Ram meat makes excellent sausage!
Our Ram/Hog Combo hunts can be very exciting for novice hunters as well as experienced hunters alike. Many of our novice or younger hunters choose to harvest their rams while sitting in one of our many ground blinds. This option offers the hunter a longer opportunity for better shot placement. However, spotting and stalking the rams during the midday hours is the method of choice for those wanting a more exciting and challenging hunt. While it is possible to get within close range of these animals, you should also be prepared for longer-range shots.

Your day starts before sunrise as you and your guide travel through the ranch to a blind, stand, or lookout point. While many of our hunts involve spot and stalk, we always cater to each hunter's preference, providing options to hunt from a blind or stand - located in areas of heavy pig activity.
The 360 Ranch is one of the few ranches to also offer Texas-Style estate hunts in high-fenced preserve. Guided hunts take advantage of the entire 10,000 acre ranch plus the preserve. This ensures hunts are tailored to each guest's experience level and expectations.
In either case, you can expect to see 50+ pigs in a single day - ranging in size from less than 100 lbs. to well over 300 lbs. When you arrive be prepared to board a large swamp buggy, capable of tackling all of Florida’s marshes and thick terrain! The buggy’s tall platform deck will have you elevated to view vast areas surrounding you, and shooting towers will keep you secure and give you a rest whether you are stopped to shoot or running and gunning. For closer encounters, after locating your hog, you will be on foot with your guide beside you.
You will enter 2,600 acres, where while hunting for hogs you will get to also see all of the exotic and native game offered at Fox Brown Outfitters. Experienced dogs will be used to wind off of the buggy until they alert that they have picked up a scent. Your guide will release the dogs who will locate and bay the hog….. This is where your high-paced adventure begins, so get ready! At this point in the hunt you will have your choice as to how you’d like to take your hog. Possibilities include but are not limited to: shotgun, rifle, handgun, bow and arrow, spear, or knife.

By now you have probably seen thermal hog hunting videos of a group of gunners all in a line in a large agricultural field sighting in on a large group of hogs in front of them. If this is a hunt you’ve always wanted to do but have never tried, you’ve found the right place. The Gopher Plantation hog hunting guides have fine-tuned their thermal hunts to guarantee an opportunity at free-range hogs every hunt.
We conduct all of our thermal hog hunts on over 10,000 privately owned acres. We not only hunt the agricultural fields we also hunt in the woods over our feed sources and food plots. The Gopher Plantation staff plants over 200 acres of food plots for wildlife. Not only do our deer and turkey benefit from this but also our wild hog population. It’s not uncommon to find 4-6 groups of hogs on a 3-hour thermal hunt with us all while literally hunting out of our back door. You can add hours to your thermal hog hunt and increase the shooting opportunities.
If you don’t have any thermal equipment for hog hunting at night, no problem we have you covered. We have 10 guns set up with Pulsar thermal scopes and suppressors at your disposal. The guides also have 3 sets of Pulsar thermal binoculars to spot hogs throughout your hunt. We also provide shooting sticks, snacks, and a cooler with drinks so literally all you have to do is show up. If you have your own thermal night hunting equipment or have picked up some new toys and need a place to use them, feel free to bring them on your hunt as well.
